Last updated: September 8, 2026Effective: September 8, 2026

Welcome to the website, console, API gateway, model aggregation, usage governance and related services provided by MODELGO PTE. LTD. ("ModelGo", "we", "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering, signing in, purchasing or using any of the services.

Key points

  • By clicking to confirm, completing registration, signing in to the console, obtaining an API Key, calling our interfaces or otherwise using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
  • If you use the services on behalf of a company, organisation or other entity, you confirm that you are duly authorised to do so and shall ensure that the entity and its members comply with these Terms.
  • Where a specific product, billing arrangement, data processing term, security commitment or enterprise agreement provides otherwise, the special terms confirmed by both parties shall prevail.
1

1. Scope of Services

  • ModelGo provides a model access gateway, API Key management, usage statistics, budget and permission controls, log search, a model catalogue, CLI/SDK integration and related management capabilities.
  • The services may be delivered through our website, console, API, documentation, command-line tools, plugins or other forms introduced in the future. We may adjust the form of the services, interface capabilities, model list, billing methods and page features in line with business and technical developments.
  • Third-party models, cloud vendors, payment, sign-in and messaging services are provided by the relevant third parties. Except as required by law or otherwise committed by us, the availability, pricing, model output and policy changes of third-party services are the responsibility of the corresponding third party.
2

2. Account Registration and Security

  • You shall provide true, accurate, complete and continuously valid registration information and keep it up to date. You bear the consequences where inaccurate information prevents us from sending notices, issuing invoices or recovering your account, or results in service restrictions.
  • Accounts, passwords, verification codes, API Keys, access tokens and organisation invitation links are all sensitive credentials. You shall keep them secure and must not rent, lend, transfer, publish or otherwise make them available to unauthorised persons.
  • Operations initiated through your account or API Key are deemed to be performed by you or your authorised personnel. If you discover credential leakage, abnormal calls or unauthorised use, you shall immediately revoke or rotate the credential in the console, or contact us.
3

3. Acceptable Use

  • You shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, public morals, platform rules and the usage policies of the specific models or upstream services. You must not use the services to generate, store or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, malicious code, harmful to network security or damaging to the lawful rights of others.
  • You must not carry out unauthorised scanning, attacks, stress testing, circumvention, reverse engineering, abuse, bulk registration, bulk sign-in, credential stuffing, scraping or any other behaviour that disrupts the normal operation of the platform, interfaces, models, billing system or security mechanisms.
  • You must not use the services to circumvent export controls, sanctions, industry regulation, model safety policies or other legal restrictions. You are responsible for your own business scenarios, input content, how outputs are used and the ultimate results.
4

4. API Keys, Model Calls and Business Data

  • Prompts, context, files, configurations, call parameters, output results, logs, usage and billing data that you submit through the services constitute data generated in the course of business use. We will process such data in accordance with the product features, our agreement with you and the Privacy Policy.
  • You shall ensure that content submitted to the platform has a lawful source and the necessary authorisations, and does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, trade secrets, personal information rights or other lawful rights.
  • Different model providers may apply different rules on input, output, content safety, caching, retention, regional routing and availability. Model information shown in the console or documentation is for integration reference only; actual capabilities are subject to real calls and the relevant provider's policies.
5

5. Billing, Quotas and Service Changes

  • Unless a free quota, trial, promotion or other arrangement applies, you shall pay for paid services according to the billing rules shown on the page, configured in the console or confirmed by both parties.
  • Free quotas, test capabilities, preview features, Beta features and promotional activities may be subject to limits on validity period, call volume, model scope, region or account eligibility, and we may adjust or discontinue them in line with our operational arrangements.
  • To safeguard the security, compliance and stability of the services, we may impose limits on call frequency, concurrency, budget, models, organisation members, workspaces, API Keys or abnormal behaviour.
6

6. Intellectual Property

  • The intellectual property in the ModelGo website, console, documentation, interfaces, icons, trademarks, code samples, technical solutions and related materials belongs to us or the respective lawful right holders.
  • You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your own input content and business data. Except as necessary to deliver the services, perform our agreement, safeguard security, troubleshoot, meet compliance obligations or as authorised by you, we do not claim ownership of your business content.
  • Without authorisation, you must not copy, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sell, rent, distribute or otherwise exploit our software, platform, documentation or service capabilities.
7

7. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

  • We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the continuity and security of the services. However, the services may be affected by upstream providers, networks, equipment, maintenance, attacks, regulatory requirements, force majeure or other causes not entirely within our control.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data or goodwill, business interruption or third-party claims, unless mandatory law provides otherwise or the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
  • You are responsible for assessing the accuracy, completeness, suitability and compliance of model outputs. Model outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment or other professional advice.
8

8. Suspension, Restriction and Termination

  • If we identify or reasonably determine that you are acting unlawfully, breaching these Terms, endangering security, making abnormal calls, defaulting on payment, infringing the rights of others or affecting the normal operation of the platform, we may issue warnings, apply rate limits, suspend API Keys, freeze the account, remove unlawful content or terminate the services.
  • Account closure, termination of the services or expiry of the agreement does not affect payment obligations, liability for breach, dispute resolution, confidentiality, intellectual property, data retention or compliance audit provisions that arose before termination.
  • You may apply for account closure, data export or other account handling through the capabilities offered in the console or by contacting us. Such requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law, product capabilities and our agreement with you.
9

9. Notices and Changes to these Terms

  • We may send you service notices, billing notices, security alerts, agreement updates or other important information via website announcements, console notifications, in-product messages, email, SMS, telephone or other reasonable means.
  • We may update these Terms in response to laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, product changes or business adjustments. If you continue to use the services after an update, you are deemed to accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you should stop using the relevant services.
